Who am I
Born in “Zena” (Genoa), this is the city I lived until I was eighteen. University studies carried me around Italy between Bologna and Turin and around Europe between England and Portugal. I have studied Languages just to have the tools to travel around the world and get to know all its colorful cultures. Halfway through university I felt the need to embark on a long trip, alone as a backpacker, to South America; one of most beautiful and formative experiences of my life. After graduation, I left for California turning it far and wide, renting a car with a few friends. In recent years I returned to Genoa for sentimental reasons and with the aim to create a project to export around the world.
Six years ago I approached Yoga and the Sacred Feminine to heal myself and dedicating myself to other people. This was the best gift I could give myself, which has completely revolutionized my life, for the better. In addition to sharing the philosophy of Yoga, I deal with vintage clothing with the sole purpose of supporting the environment and the planet; I know very little about fashion! I am a lover of the sea and nature and I do everything possible to live in close contact, giving myself long and solitary walks, swimming in the sea and the river. At the moment I share my life with a wonderful man and three cute little animals, including two cats and a dog, which fill my days with love and laughs.

How did you join OP?
I smile when I think that I had in my head the idea of proposing myself as a Yoga teacher for OP, when a wonderful friend called me one day telling me she has been talking of me to Alessandra. I like to think I joined the team thanks to a wonderful connection between beautiful people.

Your greatest passions?
Traveling, wherever long or short, especially backpacking. I love to dance and free the voice by singing, the vibrations that are created inside the body are for me like nectar for bees. The philosophy of Yoga which for the past years has beautifully revolutionized my life.
Your favourite place in Liguria?
I have always been a lover of the sea but my favorite place in Liguria is the Valtrebbia countryside of the where I used to go as a child and where I still go to retire in the peace of nature.
Three favourite dishes in your kitchen?
Focaccia cannot be missing. In the recent time, I have started a plant based diet. I’ve always been crazy for pansoti and the pasqualina cake.
