What are you waiting for?
Becoming a Yoga Teacher
I am Lilla, a certified Dynamic Yoga Instructor from Hungary. I have recently moved to Liguria to enjoy the peace of nature in this charming area after living in Budapest. I discovered yoga at the University as a Sport Management student and it was love at first try. The feeling after the classes amazed me, I’ve found something that other sports couldn’t give me – and I tried many different fields, believe me. I felt like this is something that everyone should experience and a couple of months later I decided to share the power of this discipline with as many people as possible.
Yoga teacher training
I became a certified teacher more than 5 years ago in Budapest. After my studies I spent half year in India where I deepened my knowledge and dived into the philosophy and culture. I seized every opportunity to introduce people the magic of yoga and lead them towards a balanced lifestyle. Where, beside the poses they stop for a moment and appreciate the small things, consider the healthy choices and give them self space for self-discovery. I was teaching in India and Hungary, in fitness studios, at the office, also for families at their home.
Benefits of morning yoga by the sea
I found Outdoor Portofino through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program that allowed us to work together during the summer. We organized morning lessons with a beautiful sea view in the bay of Niasca. Starting the day on the beach with a gentle stretch is one of the best ways to slow down a little bit and enjoy the beauty around you. Showing my guests that moving their body with the waves and focusing on their breath in the salty breeze is such a relaxing experience that follows them all day long.
Benefits of SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) Yoga
With great success, later we expanded the range of activities with SUP yoga. Practicing on the stand up paddle board gives you a whole new and challenging experience even if you are familiar with the discipline. Moving on the unstable surface while trying to keep your balance with all of your muscles brings you back to the present moment. The lessons are ending with shavasana, floating on the board, surrounded by the clear blue sea is truly a blessing. I would prescribe it for everyone instead of medicine.
Yoga is for everyone
As the cold days arrived we moved the lessons to Santa Margherita. In the HUB we continue the practice in small groups with a friendly atmosphere. This allows me to support everyone on their own journey at their own speed. Also to break the beliefs like you have to be flexible, or thin, young, vegetarian and so on. The lesson are open for everyone. On your first class you don’t need to stand on your head or touch your toes. It requires only an open mind to join us!
