The bay of Niasca – from where the tours starts – is located inside the bay of Paraggi. The sandy beach is inlayed in the green Mediterranean scrub which, only in this area which is sheltered from sea storms, it arrives to touch the water. The entire bay of Paraggi, famous for the green intense color of its waters, is delimited by buoys inside which navigation is forbidden, guaranteeing safety to swimmers and yachtsman.

The picturesque village of Portofino is a small jewel immersed in the natural context of the regional park to which it gives its name. Located on the eastern cape of the headland, Portofino is a place of great tourist interest. Its tall and colorful houses disposed in semicircle and overlooking the main square and the marina are surrounded by hills covered with olive trees. The entire perimeter of the park is characterized by wild cliffs, small inlets, caves and solitary beaches, mostly accessible only from the sea.

Cala degli Inglesi, the inlet that interrupts the wild coast between San Fruttuoso and Portofino, constituting the outlet of the Ruffinale valley, is one of the wildest and most spectacular places on the whole promontory. The cove is characterized by spectacular conglomerate cliffs. Given the rough terrain and the lack of a real beach, if you want to swim in Cala degli Inglesi water shoes are essential.

The tiny village of San Fruttuoso – dominated by the Church, the Abbey and the Tower – is located in the heart of the Park of Portofino. Reachable only on foot or by sea, this place retains an intense charm thanks to the great naturalistic value in which the very few buildings have been builded. San Fruttuoso is a mystical and regenerating place thanks to its small beach and the almost total absence of noise, the rocks that surround the inlet, the Mediterranean vegetation that rise steeply up the hill and the intense blue colors of the sea. During summertime, diving in this corner of paradise is also an excellent opportunity to visit the Christ of the Abyss, a statue placed on the bottom of the bay in 1954, also visible snorkeling or simply aboard your canoe.

Punta Chiappa is a tiny corner of paradise where nature, history and tradition intertwine. Characterized by a rock tongue puddinga, the tip extends to the sea from the Promontory of Portofino. Punta Chiappa is part of the Municipality of Camogli, the Park of Portofino and the Marine Protected Area.

A village of sailors and fishermen with pastel-colored houses, Camogli is one of the most famous and best preserved seaside villages in Italy. Located on the eastern coast of the Golfo Paradiso, Camogli is also part, together with Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, of the Regional Park of Portofino. Characteristic of the village are the traditional black and white “risseu”, typical mosaic made of the same pebbles that can also be found on the beach.

How to reach us The meeting point is at our sports center in Niasca, in the Bay of Paraggi. Once in Santa Margherita L. continue towards Portofino until the bay of Paraggi. Passed the inlet of the bay, after 200m on the left you will find a sandy beach where Outdoor Portofino is located. This area has very limited parking areas, especially during summertime. In Paraggi there is a paid parking lot, but we suggest to reach our office by alternative means (bus, boat, bicycle) or walking from Portofino (about 10 minutes) or S. Margherita L. (about 40 minutes). Rental of bicycles - and other equipment - is by reservation, find out how to book your equipment! By bus With the n. 82 line from the train stations of Santa Margherita Ligure or from Rapallo. Walking From Portofino (approx. 10 min.); from Santa Margherita Ligure (approx. 30-40 min.); from Camogli, through the trails of the park of Portofino. By boat There are two lines serving the promontory of Portofino. From Santa Margherita Ligure you can reach Portofino with the Consorzio Marittimo del Tigullio. From Genoa, Recco or Camogli, instead, the boat service Golfo Paradiso, embraces the route to San Fruttuoso, from where you can then take the ferries of the Consorzio Marittimo del Tigullio to Portofino.
